Detroit 105.1 Adds Fantasy Football

Fantasy Football continues to become more and more popular around the world. Now, Detroit Sports 105.1, powered by ESPN, is quenching your thirst for fantasy football with a new show dedicated solely to that, a first of its kind for Metro Detroit.

What:
The Fantasy Sideline Show will be hosted by Dennis Farrell. It will feature many special co-hosts throughout the year. People like Theo “Gridiron” Spight, who sings the Lions fight song at Ford Field. Other guests will include Justin Rose, who hosts The Sports Cave on WXYZ, former Cleveland Indian Travis Hafner, and many more. You never know who will show up.

When:
Kickoff show on Thursday, July 23 from 8pm – 10pm on Detroit Sports 105.1
Every Sunday morning from 8am – 10am starting July 26, 2015 on Detroit Sports 105.1.

The Show:
Host Dennis Farrell says he and his different co-hosts will talk fantasy football in informative and entertaining ways.

“The show will answer fan emails, take listener phone calls, and help fans of the show set their weekly lineups in the most entertaining way we know.” In addition to the show, I will also be doing a podcast for Detroit Sports 105.1’s website. The podcast will be similar to the show but we will focus more on game breakdowns and waiver wire moves.”
