Joe Rogan Wants To Moderate a Presidential Debate Between Trump and Biden

The coronavirus pandemic has affected the way the presidential campaigns have operated this year.

At this point in the election year calendar, both candidates would be making the final pushes on the campaign trail to convince swing states to lean towards their party along with a few debates under their belts.

However, with 2020 pushing back all events, and considering it’s a strange year, one man has a solution to the lack of debates.

Spotify podcast host Joe Rogan is volunteering his services to be a moderator at a debate between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden. In an episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience,” Rogan and his guest Tim Kennedy, a retired MMA fighter, discussed the debates.

The debate’s synopsis would have both presidential candidates in a room alongside Rogan and cameras on a live stream, with no editing. Kennedy took to Twitter with the idea, to which Trump responded, “I do.”

Although this idea might be sound good to some, it won’t happen since Biden and Trump have agreed to three debates, and the moderators will be selected by the Commission on Presidential Debates.

The first of the three debates will occur on Sept. 29 in Cleveland, the second Oct. 15 in Miami, and the third Oct. 22 in Nashville.
