Greg Norman Talks About Work With Dustin Johnson On SiriusXM Masters Coverage

After taking a few years from broadcasting since his departure from Fox Sports, Australian golf legend Greg Norman is back, serving as an analyst for SiriusXM’s coverage for this year’s Masters Tournament.

With the tournament ongoing, Norman provides some insight to golf fans that they wouldn’t hear anywhere else. During the coverage, the 66-year-old shared a story about working with Dustin Johnson on his putting before the 36-year-old won the Masters Tournament last year.

“Well, he asked me to go out and look at his putting stroke,” Norman said on the broadcast. “Over the years I’ve watched [Johnson], I loved him. I think he’s one of my favorite players to play the game; he’s one of the more athletic specimens on the golf course.

“I could see a few things he was doing wrong with his stroke, and he actually asked me if I could come look at him. I spent about an hour on the putting greens and fixed him up.”

Norman is working alongside Brian Katrek, who’s providing the play-by-play for the audio broadcasts as the Masters Tournament heads into the weekend.
