Larry Elder Won’t Partake in Debate Among Recall Candidates

Talk radio host and California gubernatorial candidate Larry Elder said he will not take part in Wednesday night’s debate among some recall candidates, according to Talkers.

The event will be distributed by Elder’s employer, Salem Radio Network, and be hosted by Hugh Hewitt.

Hewitt’s show is syndicated by Salem Network during the morning drive. He is also a frequent contributor to NBC/MSNBC and a contributing columnist to the Washington Post.

Christine Devine and Elex Michaelson of KTTV-TV, Los Angeles “FOX 11 News” and former U.S. National Security Adviser Ambassador Robert C. O’Brien will contribute as panelists.

Hewitt tweeted that the debate will be carried on Fox 11 in Los Angeles and along Salem-affiliated radio stations beginning at 6 p.m. PST. The event will originate from the Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, California.
