During a weather segment on Global News Toronto meteorologist Anthony Farnell was providing the latest forecast.
Farnell was letting residents of the city know that a storm could be on the horizon, but little did people it had arrived mid-segment. Storm is Farnell’s dog, who made a cameo wandering into his shot looking for treats while delivering the weather to the residents of Toronto.
While making his cameo, Storm was polite, going straight to Farnell and trying to get attention (and treats). Despite understanding that Storm wandered mid-segment, Farnell continued delivering the forecast while letting viewers know his dog was on screen.
“Yes, Storm is in the building, getting some treats, walking on thin air,” Farnell said while his dog hunted down a treat that someone off-camera threw.
As the forecast was wrapping up, Storm gave up on hunting treats and only wanted to be near Farnell, but someone off-screen once again tossed a treat to Storm, who went back to sniffing out treats.
