Carolina Hurricanes hockey isn’t changing stations. Capitol Broadcasting Company (CBC) and Hurricanes Holdings announced a multi-year extension keeping the team’s radio rights in place at 99.9 The Fan.
What We Know: 99.9 The Fan remains the Hurricanes’ flagship radio home. Moreover, all preseason, regular season and postseason games will air live, with Mike Maniscalco and Tripp Tracy calling the action. Also, the station will keep producing Storm Watch and Aftermath around games, plus the Canes Corner podcast with Adam Gold. 99.9 The Fan has carried Hurricanes hockey since 2007.
