93 WIBC isn’t your father’s news-talk station. We are one of the younger-skewing news-talk stations in the country. Our shows are unique and distinctive from one another— and they’re all compelling, credible, and genuinely entertaining.

We’re looking for our next midday host. We want an entertainer who happens to be a news junkie — not an activist, not a talking-points machine, not an angry hot-take artist. Someone who leads with personality and storytelling, not ideology. Someone who can make a well-reasoned argument and make people laugh in the same break.

You should be someone who people are dying to hang out with. Your social media should be a must-follow. Your content should be genuinely can’t-miss. Conservative politics is the common thread — but this show has to be as entertaining to someone who doesn’t obsess over politics as it is to someone who does. The best compliment we get is from listeners who say they don’t agree with everything they hear, but they can’t stop listening.

You might be a talk host, a producer, a podcaster, or a music personality who has more to say. If we are talking about you, apply below and send your audio to david.wood@radio-one.com. Urban One is an equal opportunity employer.
