Podcast Movement later admitted they sold The Daily Wire -- the conservative outlet Shapiro co-founded with filmmaker Jeremy Boreing -- a booth in the expo area due to their presence in the podcasting space. They didn't expect, however, for Shapiro to make an appearance at the conference.
