Fox News contributor and radio host Jason Rantz insinuated that an alleged neo-Nazi group protesting outside of the Turning Point USA event last weekend may have been planted there.
Rantz shared his thoughts with Fox News Digital regarding the group’s presence and the subsequent reaction from “The View’s” Sara Haines. Turning Point is reportedly contemplating legal action in the wake of alleged defamatory comments made on the show.
Rantz noted that Haines was the cast member who apologized for comparing Turning Point USA to neo-Nazis, but Whoopi Goldberg should have been the one to apologize.
“The bulk of the complaints go toward comments that she made; she oftentimes speaks completely out of turn coming through a lens of misinformation,” Rantz said. “She’s known for that, and she should be the one to step up and say, ‘Look I apologize, I screwed up on this.”
Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk created the hashtag #SueTheView.
“I imagine that the news division over at ABC is disgusted when instances like this happen because it certainly plays into the perspective of a lot of folks on the right that ABC, in general, is biased against conservatives and conservative thought,” added Rantz.
