“Just to give you an example of how some people react when they run into me at the airport. I came from D.C. and I’m going through the security line and the TSA lady says oh my god, Officer Tatum.”

Tatum was a seven-year veteran of the Tucson Police Department before he began his career in media. He co-founded Blexit with Candace Owens.

Tatum admitted that the TSA officer’s response surprised him.

“While I was on the airplane in Charlotte traveling to Phoenix the pilot sat next to me and tried to get my attention while I was on the phone. As we were getting ready to leave, the flight attendant said the pilot wanted to speak with me.”

Tatum said he made his way to the cockpit and ended taking a selfie with the flight crew.

“On a single trip from D.C. to Phoenix I ran into three people that recognized me,” he said. “It’s incredibly demanding, the types of things that we do, being on the radio and social media, but it’s incredibly rewarding.”
