There is some serious upheaval happening right now at Warner Bros. Discovery when it comes to the company’s sports properties. Tina Shah, the EVP and GM of Warner Bros. Discovery Sports announced today via LinkedIn that she is leaving the company.

“After 21+ years, I’ve made the decision to leave Turner Sports/Bleacher Report,” she wrote. “It’s been an incredible ride and I’m filled with gratitude and pride for all the amazing people I’ve worked with and what we’ve accomplished as one of the best teams in the business. The timing is not great for the company. Shah has been seen as instrumental in closing several rights deals. With the NBA preparing to negotiate its next TV contract, this move will certainly raise a few eyebrows.

It also comes on the heels of the company telling its team partners that it wants out of the regional sports network business.

Tina Shah is the latest long-time executive of Turner Sports to exit Warner Bros. Discovery. She joins former Turner Sports President Lenny Daniels and former Turner Sports SVP of Talent Relations Tara August, who have both left the company within the last three months.
