Carolyn Carver has been named the new General Manager of Curtis Media Group-owned news/talk WPTF in Raleigh.
In addition to overseeing WPTF, Carver will also be tasked with leading the Triangle Traffic Network and Rock 92.9.
“I am thrilled to join such a well-respected team and company and I am looking forward to many years of ‘crushing it’!” said Carver.
Carver joins Curtis Media Group after serving as the Vice President of Sales at the Greater Wilmington Business Journal. She has previous radio and digital sales experience after working in Toronto, Buffalo, Greensboro, and Houston.
“Carolyn is a great addition to our management team in Raleigh,” said Curtis Media Group President and COO Trip Savery. “Her experiences in radio, digital, and publishing align with the opportunities we have at WPTF, Triangle Traffic Network, and Rock 92.9.
