On Sunday, there was a war of words on social media between SiriusXM host Megyn Kelly and The Daily Wire’s Candace Owens. The Blaze’s Jason Whitlock was one of the media members to weigh in on the heated discussion.
To backtrack a little, the entire back and forth on X, formerly Twitter, began with the remarks from 2024 Republican Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
He argued that companies should not “blacklist” college students who protest in favor of Palestine, despite the recent attacks by the terrorist group Hamas. Afterward, it sparked the back and forth between Kelly and Owens.
Whitlock stepped into the situation, stating that Owens simply disagreed with Kelly’s take that protestors should be blacklisted by companies. Owens conveyed that when she was younger, she was “radically pro-choice” and glad she wasn’t blacklisted.
“Megyn, I’m arguably your biggest fan,” Whitlock wrote on X. “Let’s model the behavior and attitude we’d love to see from everyone. Candace supports you. She just disagrees with you here. We have to wrestle with each other. Iron sharpens iron.”
