Kevin Gray has been announced as the new pre and postgame host for the Dallas Mavericks Radio Network.
Gray will join 97.1 The Freak — the radio flagship of the franchise — for each of the team’s radio broadcasts. Additionally, his podcast centered on the club Inside the Mavs will serve as the station’s official podcast.
“Thank you to (Jeff Cavanaugh), (Jeff “Skin” Wade), and PD Dominic Zaccagnini for supporting me in this incredible opportunity!,” Gray said in a post to X, formerly Twitter, announcing the move.
“Thank all of you for your love and support throughout this journey thus far and more! Talk to you on-air Wednesday afternoon and be on the lookout for the podcast!”
In a response to Gray’s post, Wade said “You’re a much-needed talent”.
