Just days after signing a landmark $700 million contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers, ESPN announced Shohei Ohtani’s 2024 season debut with his new team in a special series in Seoul, South Korea will be carried live by the network.
It’s all part of the expanded slate of MLB international games ESPN will have going into the new season.
The Dodgers and Padres will begin the new campaign on March 20 and 21 in Korea. Both games will air live at 6 a.m. ET.
ESPN will also carry the series finale of the Mexico City Series on April 28 at 4 Eastern between the Astros and Rockies. Additionally, when the London Series takes place in June between the Phillies and Mets, ESPN will carry that series finale on June 9 at 10 a.m. Eastern.
