The Vegas Sports and Information Network (VSiN) is adding some star power to its weekday lineup. The network is tapping into its DraftKings affiliation to add Gojo and Golic to its Noon to 1pm ET timeslot.
Mike Golic Sr. and Mike Golic Jr. along with Jesse Cofield started their show on the network on Monday February 19th. Gojo and Golic replaces VSiN Best Bets in the network schedule.
Though just an hour, it’s a return to the national sports radio space for Golic Jr. and Sr.. Their arrival should be well received by VSiN’s radio affiliates. Golic Jr. confirmed the news and his excitement to be heard daily on radio earlier this week on X.
Adding the Golics and Cofield is not the only move being made by VSiN. The network has also moved Jonathan Von Tobel to evenings alongside Tim Murray and Britton Hess. Von Tobel joins VSiN Primetime filling the spot previously occupied by former NFL QB Shaun King. The move gives Von Tobel a full-time hosting role on the network.
Unfortunately the move comes at the expense of Hardwood Handicappers. In a post shared by Von Tobel on X, the program has been discontinued.
Recently, our Derek Futterman spent a day with the VSiN team, observing shows and learning what it takes to build a content enterprise solely around sports betting.
