FOX Sports has added Friday night college football programming to their schedule and after one week, the results look good. Kansas State’s 31-7 win over Arizona last Friday night earned 2,582,000 viewers on FOX.
FOX Sports says the game was the best performance for a Friday night telecast on FOX in over five months, with the last time drawing more audience having come on April 5, 2024. The viewership represented a 46% week over week increase compared to regular Friday night programming.
FOX Sports notes the game was the most watched telecast of the day in the adults 18-49 demographic. The game peaked at 2.8883 million viewers during the 10:30 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. ET window.
