Rocker 95.5 KLOS Los Angeles has tapped Nik Carter as the new afternoon host beginning February 3.
Carter will take the spot created by the departure of Kevin Ryder and Doug ‘Sluggo’ Roberts last September. (BMM 9/30/24)
Previous stops include SiriusXM, WXRT, Chicago WBOS and WFNX, Boston, and WRXP, New York.
Carter said, “95.5 KLOS is the Mount Olympus of rock radio. It’s a thrilling and intimidating opportunity, and I’m eager to connect with Los Angeles’ vibrant community of music lovers and pop culture enthusiasts.”
Pio Ferro, Senior Vice President of Audio Brands, added, “Nik Carter is the shot of adrenaline KLOS has been waiting for. With his passion and deep connection to rock ‘n’ roll, he’s the ideal choice to lead our afternoon programming into a new era.”
