Charlamagne tha God’s “The Breakfast Club” podcast and The Black Effect Podcast Network have surpassed one billion downloads.

Co-Host DJ Envy added, “A billion views is more than just a number. It’s a testament to the culture, the conversations, and the community we’ve built together.

“The Breakfast Club” launched on Power 105.1 New York in 2010. The show is now syndicated to over 100 stations.

In 2020, the podcast became the lead for the launch of the Black Effect Podcast Network. The network now is home to over 40 shows from Black content
