Beasley Media Group has announced that former New England Patriots captain and center David Andrews is joining 98.5 The Sports Hub as a contributor during the 2025 NFL season. Under his new role, he will bring his insights and expertise to the Zolak & Bertrand midday program making weekly appearances throughout the season. In addition, Andrews is going to be featured on The Sports Hub Patriots Radio Network Pregame Show and will also co-host a video podcast with Alex Barth.

“David’s leadership and deep understanding of the game made him a standout on the field, and we’re excited to bring that same level of insight and authenticity to our listeners,” Rick Radzik, program director of 98.5 The Sports Hub, said in a statement. “He’s a natural fit for our lineup and the perfect voice to help break down the season from a player perspective.”

Andrews played 10 seasons in the NFL and finished his career as a two-time Super Bowl champion and key piece of the offensive line. Throughout his time with the Patriots, he played in 124 regular-season games and appeared in 12 postseason matchups, three of which were Super Bowl championship games. Andrews, who was undrafted out of Georgia, was named to the Patriots’ 2010s All-Decade Team and was also honored as the recipient of the Ron Burton Community Service Award.

“I’ve enjoyed a great relationship with the Sports Hub since coming to New England 10 years ago,” Andrews said in a statement. “I’m looking forward to providing my analysis and perspective across the station’s various platforms this season.”

Since taking the air in 2009, 98.5 The Sports Hub has served as the flagship home of New England Patriots football. Last May, the team and Beasley Media Group reached a multiyear extension to continue airing games on the sports talk radio station through the 2033 season. The Patriots franchise will be entering its first season under the leadership of head coach Mike Vrabel as the team seeks to qualify for the NFL playoffs for the first time since 2021.
