93.3 WMMR Philadelphia’s Preston & Steve’s held their 20th annual “I Bleed for Preston & Steve” blood donor event June 12 and 13, collecting 930 units of blood, which included 74 first-time donors.
Adding these numbers brings the 20-year total to 21,999 units of blood donated—the show partners with the American Red Cross, which provides the staff and volunteers.
In a joint statement, Preston & Steve said, “As we reflect on 20 years of I Bleed for Preston & Steve, it’s clear that this is so much more than a blood drive. It’s a community coming together to make a real difference — and every pint collected represents a life potentially saved!”
