iHeartMedia has named Eric ‘E’ White as Program Director for Alternative “106.5 The End” and Classic Rock “99.7 The Fox” in Charlotte and Classic Rock 106.1 WRDU Raleigh.
With a deep background in programming and on-air talent across multiple formats, White brings a wealth of experience to this multi-station leadership role. White fills the position following the departure of Chris Crowley earlier this year
“I’m honored to return to iHeartMedia and lead these iconic stations,” White said. “The Carolinas offer a rich musical heritage and an engaged audience. I look forward to elevating the listener experience and driving growth in these vibrant markets.”
White’s career with iHeartMedia spans from his start as an intern in Philadelphia to key on-air and programming roles, including Music/Imaging Director and afternoon host at Top 40 “107.5 Kiss-FM” Des Moines, and evening host at Top 40 101.3 KDWB Minneapolis. Most recently, he served as the morning host at Top 40 97.1 KZHT in Salt Lake City. He departed amid the company’s restructuring in November 2024.
