After 25 years, Jay Fotsch is stepping down as host of the “Fotsch & Friends” morning show at Country 94.7 KTTS Springfield, MO. Fotsch made the announcement on Facebook, saying in part.
“After 25 incredible years of waking up with you on Power 96.5 and 94.7 KTTS, it’s time for me to sign off from the morning show mic. My last day on air will be Friday.”
Adding, “It’s hard to put into words what these years have meant to me. I’ve shared coffee with you during your morning drive, laughed with you through the good days, and leaned on you during the tough ones.”
Prior to KTTS, Fosch previously hosted mornings on cluster mate Top 40 Power 96.5 KSPW.
“From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for making my dream job a reality ….love yas!!!”
