Warner Bros. Discovery is strengthening its relationship with All Elite Wrestling in a major way, announcing Wednesday that HBO Max will become the exclusive home for AEW pay-per-view events in the United States.
The move begins Saturday, September 20, when AEW All Out streams live from Scotiabank Arena in Toronto at 3 p.m. The event marks the first time AEW’s signature PPV programming will be available directly through HBO Max, offering fans an ad-free viewing experience at an introductory price of $39.99. Preorders open Friday, September 5.
Subscribers will be able to watch the event in HDR10 and Dolby Atmos, features aimed at replicating the immersive energy of a live wrestling crowd. Replays will remain available exclusively for six months after purchase, providing flexibility for viewers who can’t watch live.
Leading into the pay-per-view, TNT and HBO Max will present a one-hour special, AEW Saturday Tailgate Brawl: All Out, beginning at 2 p.m. on September 20. The show is designed to build anticipation and bring fans directly into the main event atmosphere. Earlier in the week, on Wednesday, September 17, TBS and HBO Max will air September to Remember, a special three-hour broadcast live from London, Ontario.
That show will showcase AEW’s top talent and serve as the official launchpad for All Out.
The expansion represents another significant development in what has already been a breakthrough year for AEW on Warner Bros. Discovery platforms. HBO Max subscribers already enjoy access to a large slate of AEW programming, including live simulcasts of Dynamite on TBS and Collision on TNT, along with replays and archived episodes. With pay-per-views added to the mix, the offering now represents the most robust presentation of AEW content ever available in the U.S.
