Audacy’s Star 94.1 has announced that it will become the new home of the popular “The Kevin and Taylor Show,” featuring award-winning hosts Kevin Avery and Taylor Scott. The show is set to debut on September 15, 2025, airing weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.

“The Kevin & Taylor Show” is known for its upbeat, feel-good approach to morning radio, blending real-life stories with engaging conversation to create a loyal and interactive audience. “Being able to continue ‘The Kevin & Taylor Show’ and become a part of the legendary Star 94 is a dream come true,” Avery said. “We feel so passionately about the community in Atlanta. We’re proud to have the opportunity to grow that community as a part of the Audacy family.”

Scott added, “I’m delighted to have the opportunity to join a heritage station like Star 94. Can’t wait to reconnect with the awesome people of Atlanta. Kevin and I look forward to fun and meaningful mornings with the community we love.”

The arrival of Avery and Scott also marks a shift for former Star 94.1 morning host Jenn “Hobby” Rivera, who will continue with the station on weekends. Rivera will host “The Feel Good Throwback Countdown with Jenn Hobby” on Saturdays at 8 a.m. ET.

Emily R. Boldon, brand manager for Star 94.1, expressed enthusiasm about the new pairing. “Kevin and Taylor are an extraordinary duo who are at the top of their game. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to Star 94 and the Audacy family,” Boldon said. “Listeners across the Atlanta region are in for a treat with their daily dose of wit, warmth, and wisdom.”

Avery, a longtime Atlanta radio personality, has been part of “The Kevin and Taylor Show” for more than 25 years. Known for his passions, including Atlanta United, live music, cycling, tattoos, and rescue dogs, Avery has built a deep connection with the community. He and his wife, Tracy, have been married 37 years and share four children.

Scott, also a 25-year veteran of the show, shares her love of Atlanta with her husband, Glenn, and enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and following the Atlanta Braves. Together, Avery and Scott have cultivated a program that resonates across generations while remaining deeply rooted in Atlanta culture.

“The Kevin & Taylor Show” was formerly heard on Salem Media Group’s 104.7 The Fish, where the duo earned a dedicated following before making the move to Audacy.

  1. Oh, what an uplift to find out Kevin and Taylor are here now. Thank you for hiring them and adding their program in the morning.

  2. Wanted to reply to Kevin and Taylor’s story of the football fan wanting to put his boyfriend duties on leave for the football season. It was very consequential that I was making a note that said that my wife is not REQUIRED to do anything for me. With this mindset, I’ll be more inclined to appreciate everything she does.
