"From game previews and reviews to dynamic talk, this is the place to tune in for the biggest sports stories all weekend long"

Date:

FOX Sports Radio has rolled out its new weekend lineup ahead of the 2025 football season, showcasing a mix of established voices, former players and new talent aimed at providing fans with around-the-clock football coverage. The schedule, effective immediately, features fresh pairings, expanded programming and returning staples designed to capture the energy of the season.

One of the most notable additions is Greg Cosell, the longtime NFL analyst and senior producer at NFL Films. Cosell, who has been a frequent voice on The Herd with Colin Cowherd, now teams up with network veteran Mike Harmon. Their show airs Sundays from 8-10 a.m. ET and will serve as a destination for in-depth previews of the day’s marquee NFL matchups.

Meanwhile, Nashville’s Buck Reising, a weekday host on 104.5 The Zone, joins longtime friend Jason Fitz for a new Saturday program. Buck & Fitz will air from 6-8 p.m. ET, delivering instant reactions, bold takes and a lively review of the weekend in football.

“With this incredible roster of shows, FOX Sports Radio is the premier destination for football fans to hear the best live, 24/7 coverage,” Shapiro said. “From game previews and reviews to dynamic talk. This is the place to tune in for the biggest sports stories all weekend long.”

In addition, Alex Curry and Carmen Vitali, who already anchor Saturday afternoons, will now rotate alongside Tracy Sandler of Fangirl Sports Network and Spectrum News host Nikki Kay. Together, the all-female ensemble will provide sharp analysis and a fresh perspective on Saturdays from 4-6 p.m. ET.

The network is also introducing Project NIL. A new Saturday morning show hosted by Philadelphia-based athletic director Daniel DiBerardinis and veteran FSR voice Anthony Gargano. Launching September 12, the program will explore how the evolution of NIL is reshaping youth and amateur sports.

On the overnight side, Kevin Figgers and Adam Auslund—familiar to Los Angeles listeners from their long-running FnA Podcast—take over Saturdays from 2-5 a.m. ET. The duo will break down the latest headlines while previewing the upcoming weekend in sports.

Returning to the lineup is Countdown to Kickoff presented by BetMGM, now entering its fourth year. The show anchors FSR’s weekend football coverage, airing Saturdays from 9 a.m.-noon ET with Brian Noe, Rich Ohrnberger and Jared Smith, and Sundays from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. ET with Noe, Geoff Schwartz and Bill “Krack” Krackomberger. The betting-focused program has become a staple for fans looking for wagering insights as well as traditional football commentary.

Altogether, FSR’s lineup will feature eight former NFL players each weekend, including LaVar Arrington, TJ Houshmandzadeh, Plaxico Burress, Bucky Brooks and Ephraim Salaam. According to Scott Shapiro, FOX Sports Radio’s senior vice president of sports programming, the network’s goal is to remain the premier destination for live football talk.
