CNN has announced the promotion of Lisa Respers France to Senior Entertainment Reporter.
Respers France was previously elevated to Entertainment Reporter in January 2024.
She has worked on a variety of programming and content offerings for CNN during her tenure. In 2023, she provided insights for the Taking on Taylor Swift documentary.
She also previously hosted the Lisa’s Desk franchise that included newsletters and podcasts. She co-hosted the CNN podcast Lisa, Sandra and Kristin Go to the Movies, which was published in 2019.
The network says Lisa Respers France will report across its entire suite of platforms. She’ll continue to cover the intersection of entertainment and culture.
Before her time at CNN, Respers France worked at both the Los Angeles Times and The Baltimore Sun.
