As Red Apple Media expands, it’s expanding the title and duties of Lee Harris. He now serves as Senior Vice President of News and Programming.
What We Know: Harris joined the company six weeks ago as Vice President of News for the Worldwide News Network. He will help oversee programming strategy and development for 77 WABC and Red Apple Audio Networks.

What Remains Unclear: What Harris’ appointment means for the overall strategy of 77 WABC. He built most of his career in news, while 77 WABC Radio focuses primarily on conservative talk programming.
What It Means: Harris has quickly made an impact with the organization. The lead-up time from conception to launch was incredibly short for the Worldwide News Network. Now, he’ll help lead the efforts for 77 WABC and all of Red Apple Media as it expands.
