On Thursday, the WWE announced that it has signed Pat McAfee to a multiyear contract extension. McAfee has been an analyst for Friday Night SmackDown on FOX since April 2021 alongside play-by-play commentator Michael Cole.
McAfee has also seen his share of time inside the ring. He previously wrestled for the company’s third brand, NXT but truly left his mark this past April at the WWE’s signature event, Wrestlemania.

The popular sports personality who fans can’t seem to get enough of will continue his duties with the WWE in addition to his daily show, The Pat McAfee Show.
The WWE said in their announcement that “the new pact will see McAfee entertaining the WWE Universe for years to come”.
