NewsNation has announced it will hold its first Republican town hall event with 2024 Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy.
Ramaswamy will appear on the network on Monday, August 14th for the 9:00 PM ET event. An encore presentation will air at 12:00 AM ET on Tuesday, August 15th.
Ramaswamy will answer questions from a live audience from the NewsNation studios in Chicago, with additional questions provided by viewers from New Hampshire and Iowa.
NewsNation anchor Leland Vittert will moderate the town hall. A special edition of Cuomo will follow the 90-minute event.
The event will mark the second town hall produced by the network. In June, NewsNation hosted Democratic candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for a town hall moderated by Elizabeth Vargas.
