Benztown Adds Two Staffers And Promotes Another

Benztown has expanded its team by adding two new hires and an internal promotion.

Hannah Schoettmer, a recent University of Southern California graduate, has been named Accounting/Office Coordinator at Benztown’s Los Angeles studios. Prior to this role, Schoettmer launched her radio career at Seattle’s NPR member station KUOW-FM, where she worked with RadioActive Youth Media. Her diverse background includes experience as both a writer and filmmaker.

Megan Vazquez, who has a background in digital communication arts and music production from Oregon State University, is joining the creative audio production team as the Long-Form Programming Coordinator and Producer. During her time at Oregon State, Vazquez served as the Station Manager for the university’s radio station, 88.7 KBVR.

In addition to the company’s recent new hires, Estefania Padilla has been promoted from executive assistant to affiliate relations and music licensing representative.
