A small scuffle ensued with Stein antagonizing Barstool staff members and shouting about Fox News host Tucker Carlson. 

Whitlock came to Stein’s defense after Portnoy posted a Twitter video Monday of Stein’s appearance at a Las Vegas City Council meeting.

"It makes him astronomically more likeable," Taylor said.

"There is a well-documented history of Portnoy's run-ins with the NFL. It is hard to believe that Roger Goodell is not familiar with them."

"He did not offer details regarding his exit but remained cordial, thanking Erika Nardini and Dave Portnoy "for the opportunity of a lifetime."
