After weeks of speculation and rumors, Amazon made it official with their new host. Charissa Thompson will join the streaming service to host the pregame, postgame and halftime efforts of the new Thursday Night Football Package.
Amazon made it official with a prepared graphic that featured Thompson with the words, “Welcome Charissa”.
Thompson retweeted that with words of excitement and gratitude. “I can’t wait for this!!! Thank you @NFLonPrime for this awesome opportunity … let’s GO!!!”
Thompson will host the program with Tony Gonzalez, Richard Sherman, Ryan Fitzpatrick. Reports also indicate that Aqib Talib and Andrew Whitworth are also joining the broadcast cre
