The Longhorn Network, ESPN’s 24-hour network devoted to the University of Texas, has announced it’s programming plans for the 2022 football season.
The network said that Texas Football All Access will return on Friday with the first episode of the series following the Longhorns throughout the football season.
Also worth of noting that this weekend’s football game against Louisiana-Monroe will be exclusive to LHN. Lowell Galindo and Sam Acho will call game action with Alex Chappell reporting from the sideline. LHN will also televise the Longhorns’ Week 3 game against UTSA on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 7 p.m.
Along with other weekly programming, including coverage of head coach Steve Sarkisian’s press conferences and weekly Rewind with Coach Sark and Longhorn Weekly, the network will air Texas GameDay two hours prior to kick-off and Texas GameDay Final wraps up the day’s coverage with post-game analysis immediately following each game. Host Lowell Galindo will be joined by Fozzy Whittaker, Michael Griffin, newcomer Brian Robison and reporter Alex Loeb live from DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium.
