FOX Sports Boasts Most-Watched College Football Window with Big Noon Saturday

FOX Sports announced that their college football premiere viewing window, Big Noon Saturday, has seen a strong start to 2022.

Big Noon Saturday grabbed 4,378,000 viewers on FOX this week for the Maryland-Michigan game. That result brings the network’s first four games average viewership to 6,260,000, up 6% from 2021 and rates as the most-watched window in college football.

FOX Sports also noted that the network’s college football pregame show, Big Noon Kickoff, boasts an average of 1,331,000 viewers each week during its final hour. That is an increase of 15% from last year, thru the first four games of the season.

    Readers like myself who come to this site would like a modicum of contest when assigning “winners and losers” instead of literally just parroting networks’ PR statements.

    Fox’s Big Noon game this week was the lowest of the three “premier windows” (cbs at 3:30 and abc primetime).

    Its 3:30 game featuring a huge upset was outraged by an unranked ND-UNC game at the same time.

    Its pregame show is up YOY but not as much as GameDay’s is up despite being two hours shorter.
