Adam Gold has been talking North Carolina sports on the radio for a quarter century.
Gold’s milestone was recognized by 99.9 The Fan on Monday afternoon.
Gold also covers the Carolina Hurricanes for the station and WRALSportsFan.com.
Adam has been on the air in Raleigh since 1998, beginning at what was then 850 The Buzz. He moved to 99.9 The Fan in 2009 when Capital Broadcasting acquired The Buzz and moved it to 620 AM.
Gold was named NC Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sports Media Association in 2022.
