The numbers are in for Arizona Sports and all involved have reasons to feel good. The spring book saw all of the station’s weekday shows deliver top five performances with Men 25-54.
Bickley & Marotta featuring Dan Bickley and Vince Marotta led the way for Bonneville’s sports brand. The morning show pulled in a station best 6.5 share for the quarter. That ranked the show 3rd in its time slot.
In middays, Wolf & Luke with Ron Wolfley and Luke Lapinski also finished 3rd for the quarter. The show produced a 5.2 share for the book.
In afternoons, Burns & Gambo with Dave Burns and John Gambadoro drew a 4.1 share. That helped the show earn a 6th place finish for the quarter.
Other local sports stations did not provide numbers for their individual shows. We do have an overview of the market performance though.
In weekday prime (M-F 6a-7p), Arizona Sports registered a 5.3 share, which ranked the station 3rd overall. 1060 KDUS was far back in 29th with a 0.4, and FOX Sports 910 ranked 34th with a 0.2. Numbers were not available for CRC Broadcasting’s 1580 The Fanatic.
