Richard Sherman Joining Skip Bayless for Undisputed

Date:

After initial reports documenting the two meeting over lunch recently, Richard Sherman has officially signed on to work with Skip Bayless on FS1’s Undisputed.

The show had been on hiatus since former co-host Shannon Sharpe left earlier this summer after a seven-year run.

Andrew Marchand of The New York Post reports Sherman will do between 50 and 100 shows a year. He’s expected to be featured prominently during football season. Sherman will also remain a studio analyst for Amazon Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football coverage.

Sherman and Bayless had a heated exchange on ESPN’s First Take several years ago when Bayless was still hosting the show with Stephen A. Smith. Sherman though didn’t develop a disdain for Skip that rivals that of TNT’s Charles Barkley, so it appears the two men are comfortable working together.

Marchand reported that Sherman’s contract with FOX isn’t officially signed, but there is an agreement in place. Bayless and FOX are also reportedly interested in bringing on Keyshawn Johnson. Johnson was laid off by ESPN last month.
