The Daily Wire co-founder Ben Shapiro has announced an upcoming discussion about Anti-Semitism on X, formerly Twitter, with the company’s owner Elon Musk.
In a post to X, Shapiro shared that he’ll host a Spaces conversation with his co-host Ari Lamm and X owner Elon Musk, as well as a “panel of esteemed leaders in the Jewish community”.
According to Shapiro, the discussion will center on the social media platform, “anti-Semitism, and what it all means for free speech”.
Since Musk’s purchase of X, many have charged his extreme reduction of content moderation policies as reason for a rise in anti-semitism on the platform. The billionaire has rebuffed those allegations. In turn, he has sued the Anti-Defamation League for defamation after allegations that he empowered a rise in hate speech against Jews on the platform.
Earlier this month, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with Musk to discuss his stances after a controversy earlier this summer when Musk called billionaire George Soros a “supervillain”.
The discussion between Shapiro, Lamm, and Musk will begin at Noon ET.
