After announcing his exit from Little Rock’s 103.7 The Buzz late last month, John Nabors has announced the launch of a new digital outlet — Natty State Sports.
In a video posted to X, Nabors shared his appreciation for his nearly four-year run at 103.7 The Buzz, but said “Now is the time to take the next step into a whole new platform.”
Natty State Sports will be “a new digital space, powered by Arkansas, for Arkansas,” Nabors said.
Nabors will host a daily two-hour afternoon show on the outlet’s social media channels, called The John Nabors Show. Additionally, Nabors claims he has assembled a staff of Arkansas media members who will join the new digital outlet. However, those members won’t be announced until Friday, January 12th.
The outlet will be based out of newly renovated studios in downtown Fayetteville, the home of the University of Arkansas. Natty State Sports plans to have NIL deals for content and interviews with Arkansas Razorbacks athletes.
