Podtrac has released its monthly podcast rankings and there are many familiar faces in the top podcasts by unique monthly audience list, including Ben Shapiro and Dan Bongino.
While the top four podcasts according to Podtrac — The Daily, NPR News Now, Up First, and Dateline NBC — remained unchanged, both Shapiro and Bongino saw rises during the month.
The Ben Shapiro Show moved up one place to the eighth spot on the list. Meanwhile, The Dan Bongino Show also ascended one ranking to finish as the ninth largest podcast by unique monthly audience.
Also advancing one place inside the top 10 was the Fox News Hourly Update. It finished in seventh overall.
Other news/talk podcasts in the top 20 included 20/20 (12th), CNN 5 Things (18th), The Shawn Ryan Show (19th), and Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me! (20th)
In the Podcast Industry Ranking charts, iHeartMedia owned the top two companies with the largest monthly audiences and most streams and downloads, as iHeart Audience Network and iHeartPodcasts finished first and second.
Additionally, NPR (6th), The New York Times (7th), DailyWire+ (9th), and Fox Audio Network (10th) finished in the top 10.
