"When you think of Duke Athletics on the radio here in the Triangle, one name stands out, and that is Capitol Broadcasting."

Capitol Broadcasting has signed a multi-year agreement with Duke University Athletics and Learfield’s Blue Devil Sports Properties to continue as the radio home of Duke Athletics.

WRAL News+, heard in Raleigh on 99.3-FM and in Durham on 96.5-FM, and The Buzz, available on 620-AM and 104.5-FM in Durham, represent the flagship networks for the Blue Devils and headline a list of nearly 50 affiliates across the Carolinas.

“We are thrilled to extend our partnership with Duke University and continue outstanding local broadcast coverage for one of the most storied programs and fan bases in the country,” said Brian Grube, Vice President/Radio for Capitol Broadcasting in a release. “Our commitment to covering local sports remains stronger than ever, and Duke will always play a major role in that.  We’re extremely proud to carry on the rich tradition of Duke Athletics on our stations.”
