The August rankings from Podtrac have been released, and Dan Bongino has climbed even higher up the U.S. podcast charts.
During the month, The Dan Bongino Show climbed one spot to finish fourth on the U.S. Unique Monthly Audience rankings. The shows besting the program from Bongino are The Daily, NPR News Now, and Up First from NPR.
Dateline NBC dropped one spot to fifth overall, with Fox News Hourly Update rising one place to seventh, and The Ben Shapiro Show dropping three places to ninth.
Also finishing in the top 10 were Wondery’s Morbid (6th) and Pardon My Take from Barstool Sports, which took eighth place.
News programs featured strong showings elsewhere in the top 20 shows, as The Shawn Ryan Show (13th), Today, Explained (14th), The Ezra Klein Show from The New York Times (15th), 48 Hours (19th), and NPR Politics (20th) all earned top finishes.
In the podcast industry rankings, iHeartAudience Network and iHeartPodcasts took home the top two places. Libsyn, NPR Sales Network, Wondery Sales Network, Acast, The Walt Disney Company, Vox Media, Paramount, and Barstool Sports finished in the top 10.
