As the 2024 election approaches, KNX News is set to host a live, on-air debate between Los Angeles County District Attorney candidates George Gascon and Nathan Hochman.
In conjunction with the Los Angeles Times, KNX News will host the debate between the incumbent Gascon and challenger Hochman on Tuesday, October 8th at 5 PM.

Anchor Mike Simpson and chief correspondent Charles Feldman will moderate the event. Panelists will include L.A. Times reporter James Queally and Brittny Mejia and KNX News reporter Emily Valdez.
The 60-minute, commercial-free event will be broadcast on both 97.1 FM and 1070 AM. A video simulcast will be made available on digital and social media avenues from both the Audacy Los Angeles station and the L.A. Times.
