Beasley Media Group’s Classic Hits WKQC (K104.7)/Charlotte, flagship station for the former “Ace & TJ Show’ is dropping the revamped “TJ & Riggins Show” in the wake of Dave “Ace’ Cannon’s departure last Friday. (BMM 8/20)
Host TJ Ritchie wrote, “I know you all are looking for more information about the changes we have made with our show, but we cannot give any further details. To the many Radio Family members who have shared your lives with us and given us your support through the years I’d just like to say, thank you. We have been forced to make big changes quickly and we know we are still going to bring you a quality show. We just ask that you give us a chance.”
“One of our affiliate stations has decided not to give us that chance,” shared Ritchie. “It also happens to be the biggest one, K 104.7, our flagship station in our home market of Charlotte, North Carolina. So, to the people in the Charlotte area, please continue to listen by streaming or downloading the entire show every day. Subscribe on Spotify, Apple, The TJ & Riggins App, or wherever you get podcasts. Also, please go sign up to get special perks by becoming a member of J’s Fanaticos at TRiggins.com/fanaticos. Thank you and God Bless you.”
