The Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) has unveiled a new rendition of the “Star-Spangled Banner.” This release honors U.S. service members, veterans, and their families.
Radio stations nationwide are urged to air this special performance on Veterans Day. Additionally, it will be available for replay throughout the year, allowing audiences to pause and honor the sacrifices made by military personnel and their families.
TSO’s music director, Al Pitrelli, said the gesture is deeply personal. “Coming from a military family with a tradition of service spanning generations, this is our tribute to the brave individuals who protect our nation.”
Pitrelli, whose family has a long-standing tradition of military service, including both grandparents, his father, uncles, and presently, two children currently enlisted, emphasized the significance of military service to the TSO family. “We always ensure to recognize the contributions they make to this country,” he stated.
