Salem Media Group has made a series of changes in Detroit affecting 1400 The Patriot, as the station will now be known as 92.7 The Answer.
The station had previously been heard on an FM translator at 101.5, which has a smaller footprint than the 92.7 FM frequency.
With the change to the new FM home, the station takes on similar “The Answer” branding many of the company’s other conservative news/talk stations utilize.
The Salem Media Group station Faith Talk 1500, which had previously occupied the 92.7 FM signal, will now be heard on 101.5 FM, which focuses its attention to the northern portion of the Detroit market.
No changes will be made to the 92.7 The Answer daily lineup, which includes several shows from Salem Radio Network, including Hugh Hewitt, Mike Gallagher, Charlie Kirk, and Larry Elder, among others.
