Kevin Diers, the host of “Metal Shop” and “Loud & Local” at 99.9 KISW Seattle, has passed away. He was 39.
99.9 KISW posted, “KISW lost a member of the family this week, Kevin Diers. Kevin has been a part of the family here at The Rock after winning a contest to host Metal Shop with his friend and co-host Ian Reas. He later went on to be the long-time host of Loud and Local as well.”
Social media tributes remembered Diers as a music advocate and friend.
