Disney employees first began utilizing the new facilities in Fall 2024, and it is the home of several shows within other areas of the company. The headquarters house programs such as LIVE with Kelly and Mark, The View, the Tamron Hall Show and ABC News among others. The aforementioned ESPN morning television shows have broadcast from the Seaport facility since the spring of 2018 and will end their seven-year stretches from the location overlooking the East River and Brooklyn Bridge Park.

“We are ready for Get Up, First Take and UnSportsmanLike to enter their 7 Hudson Square era,” Burke Magnus, president of content at ESPN, said in a statement. “The space has the energy to match the bold conversations and big personalities our fans love.”

The new facilities include cutting-edge technology and production capabilities that enable dynamic live programming and foster synergy across The Walt Disney Company as a whole. This new location also moves the New York-based ESPN television studios closer to the offices for Good Karma Brands and studio location for ESPN New York. Both facilities are located near the entrance to the Holland Tunnel and accessible by subway transportation.
