Changes to the lineup at WFAN are moving Brandon Tierney and Sal Licata out of their midday timeslot. That duo’s final program will now be on Friday.
With the return of Craig Carton to the New York sports talk station, WFAN is moving Evan Roberts and Tiki Barber to the 10 AM-2 PM timeslot currently occupied by BT & Sal.
The revamped WFAN schedule includes:
5–6 AM: The Warm-Up Show with Al Dukes & Jerry Recco
6-10 AM: Boomer & Gio
10 AM-2 PM: Evan & Tiki with Shaun Morash
2-7 PM: The Carton Show with Craig Carton & Chris McMonigle
7 PM– 12 AM: After Hours with Tommy Lugauer
Brandon Tierney and Sal Licata took to the airwaves on Thursday to reveal that their final show together is now scheduled for tomorrow.
“Tomorrow will be the final BT and Sal show on the Fan,” Tierney wrote in a post on social media. “I will host the following week solo and then it’s officially a wrap.”
Noticeably, WFAN has yet to announce plans for its overnight show. Licata has previously worked in that daypart for the station before his elevation in the lineup.
Most recently, Chris McMonigle and Keith McPherson have worked in the late evening and overnight hours. However, with McMonigle’s elevation to afternoon drive alongside Carton, and the exit of McPherson, the station has yet to announce plans for the daypart. Licata, meanwhile, has not made any announcements on his future.

So…they get rid of BT and keep that useless moronic windbag Morash?
Unreal…
Spot on!
Why is Carton coming back?? We’re tired of his stick. I know I am. Didn’t he just quit on them not long ago. Just left for more money? Tiki’s the weakest link. Just so condescending every day.
I don’t care for Licata but Carton is an arrogant, disrespectful windbag. I won’t be listening.
Very sad! BT is excellent! Often comes across as more measured and thoughtful then sal I wish there is some way BT could have stayed On WFAN
Not one person was asking for Carton to come back. How did this happen? 5 hours of his non-sports talk? Goodbye WFAN.
Excellent point Tony H. Carton leaves WFAN for more $. His show gets pulled from Fox Sports so his buddy, Chris Oliviero rehires him, yet again. And, two guys who are good at what they do and are not convicted felons — BT and Sal Licata — lose their jobs!
Right on!!
Upends BT and Sal, but also knocks Evan and Tiki out of drive time. I actually think these shows were less of the crazy end and quite measured. Bringing back Carton seems like more of the cesspool strategy competing with the psychotic Michael Kay. FAN is still way better than ESPN and always will be.
Evan is the only one who doesnt make me want to puke.
Hate to say it but, Tiki is the weak link. I have listened on and off since 1986. BT is the real deal! Find a place for him, he’s worth it. Sal is a good listen also. Maybe run it back with Carton and Evan, BT and Sal from 10-2 works well.
cartons new show bombed hence he is coming back to wfan; wont last long; he is arrogant and not well informed; upper management should have their heads examined
So happy Sal is gone – All he could do was yell and try to start something – BT is collateral damage but bringing back Carton is a total mistake – he is the worst
